So I’ve been going to crossfit for three months now and my back has always been my “uncomfortable spot” of my body, but now I’m feeling pretty amazing about this change. Can’t wait to see what I look like at 6 months progress :)
So this is what two months of crossfit has done for me so far. I can’t wait for more results. The weirdest part is that I weigh about the same, so I’ve stopped stepping on the scale because, to me, that number doesn’t matter anymore.
